At Vine Apparel, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
